Cancellation or No Show Policy:
Greenleaf HMT asks that you provide a 24 hour notice of any schedule change or cancellation. This allows the appointment time to be given to another client. By booking, you authorize Greenleaf HMT to charge your credit card $25 of the service fee for cancellations within the 24 hour time frame. (I understand that life is unpredictable and emergencies, illnesses and inclement weather do occur. Late cancellation due to these reasons will not result in any missed session charges.)
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment without notice will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for that session.
